The Lexmark X860, X862 and X864 high-volume monochrome multifunction MFPs were introduced worldwide in October 2009. OEM print speeds were rated at 35 pages per minute (ppm), 45 ppm and 55 ppm, respectively. Base models include print, copy and scan standard functions with fax and finishing options available.
The supplies set is made up of 35,000 page yield toner cartridges and a 60,000 page yield drum unit. All models ship with 35,000 page yield cartridges. A chip is required on toner cartridges for correct printer operation.
Xerox also introduced its own versions based on the same print engine, the Workcentre 5222, 5225 and 5230.
