Kyocera introduced the FS-2100 monochrome laser printer in March 2009, with print speeds OEM-rated at 42 pages per minute (ppm) and a duty cycle of up to 150,000 pages per month.
The standard supplies set is made up of a 12,500 page yield toner cartridge and separate drum unit. The toner cartridge requires a chip for correct printer operation.
