Kyocera’s ECOSYS M6235 and M6635 color laser multifunction printers (MFP) have OEM-rated print speeds of up to 35 A4-size (37 letter-size) pages per minute (ppm) for both color and black-and-white printing. Duty cycles for the two models are OEM-stated at 100,000 A4-size pages per month. Standard functions for both models include print, copy and scan, however, only the M6635 comes with fax functionality. There is no fax option for the M6235.

The M6235 and the M6635 share the same supplies set, which is made up of four toner cartridges and a maintenance kit that includes the drum and developer. OEM-stated page yields for replacement cartridges are up to 13,000 pages for black and 11,000 pages for colors. The maintenance kit yields up to 200,000 pages, and is not user-replaceable. All yields are based on A4-size pages.

All models in this family ship with starter cartridges yielding 6,000 pages (black) and 5,000 pages (cyan, magenta and yellow). All cartridges require a chip for correct printer operation.
