The HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color M251 and M276 MFP were introduced in September 2012. Print speeds and monthly duty cycles were the same for both models, at an OEM-rated 14 pages per minute (ppm) for both color and black printing and 30,000 pages per month.

All models share the same all-in-one cartridges, and ship with 700-page yield introductory cartridges (all colors). Both the toner hopper and waste bin sections of the introductory (starter) cartridges are smaller than those in the standard version and hold a smaller toner load and waste toner. Color replacements are available in 1,800 page yield versions only. Black replacements are offered in 1,600 page standard yield and 2,400 page high yield versions. All cartridges require a new chip on remanufactured cartridges for correct printer operation.
