The Dell E310 monochrome laser printer family is made up of the E310 printer, along with the E514 and E515 MFPs. All models have OEM-rated print speeds of up to 26 pages per minute (ppm) and duty cycles of up to 10,000 pages per month.
The supplies set is made up of a toner cartridge that is similar to the TN-630/660 cartridges used in Brother® HL-2360 and related printers. Slight differences between gear and keying features prevent these from being directly interchangeable. Replacement toner cartridges are available in 1,200 page standard yield and 2,600 page high yield versions, and the separate drum unit yields up to 12,000 pages. SKUs vary by geographic market, and no chip is needed on either the toner cartridge or drum unit. However, a flag or “reset” gear must be installed correctly on the toner hopper for the printer to function correctly.
