Universal Replacement Chip with Housing for use in Various Samsung Cartridges Cyan
The Samsung 510 and Xerox 6100 printers require a chip on each toner cartridge. The Samsung 500 and 550 require a non-reusable fuse on each cartridge. Each core is the same with the exception of the fuse or chip. Static Control’s universal chip includes both the chip and fuse on one board, all attached to a replacement housing for use in all four printers.
With Static Control’s universal chip and fuse solution, complete with housing, remanufacturers can use any one of the cores (of like color) and use it in any one of the four printers. In addition, the housing eliminates the need to solder the board to the OEM housing, reducing time and labor costs.
Static Control recommends post-testing in the Samsung 510 or Xerox 6100 printers only. Post-testing in the Samsung 500/550 will cause the fuse to blow and render the chip and fuse unusable.
