Static Control offers a replacement felt toner adder roller washer for cartridges used in HP Enterprise 500 M551, M575 MFP, CP3525, CM3530, CP4025, CP4525, CM4540 and Canon equivalent printers.
This washer seals the contact side of the toner adder roller to prevent leaks. It can become impacted with toner during the cartridge cycle and is easily damaged during the remanufacturing process. An impacted or damaged washer will leak and create print defects. These defects might not be visible during post-test but could occur mid-cycle in your customer’s printer. You can avoid this problem by replacing the felt washer with each remanufacturing cycle.
Available in 25-count packages.
