Chips for HP831 series with a wider compatibility than the existing range are ready for release. The new range was difficult and time consuming to develop and as a result are being released at a higher price to the existing chips.

The new chips have a CP2 SKU and due to the difference in pricing we will not transition current customers to new SKUs, we will continue to offer both types for current customers if demand continues, and remove old SKUs from the website.

H831CP2 chips cover these printers: Latex 310/330/360/370 315/335/365/375/560/570. The CP versions only cover Latex 310/330/360.
