HP 4700 and 4730 cartridges contain a unique internal seal wind-up feature, designed for the seal to be pulled automatically when the cartridge is installed in the printer.
Static Control's patented rigid insertable seal for use with HP 4700, 4730 and related cartridges not only results in easier installation and improved production time, but is designed specifically to work with this auto-wind feature. Adhesive strips are included for attaching the pull film to the take up spindle. An exit port plug tab is also included for replacing the OEM plug, which must be removed for installation of the new seal.

Transition customer from HP47RISEAL to H47RISEAL. Always observe latest tier Pricing when quoting. This is a change from in-house made HP47RISEAL. Fit and Function are all similar to HP47RISEAL. Key difference in appearance is H47RISEAL has a clear frame and HP47RISEAL has an orange frame. H47RISEAL (insertable seal along with exit port plug adhesive and seal adhesive tab) is made to specifications provided by SCC. A cartridge was built using H47RISEAL, it was then drop tested to confirm no toner leak past the seal.
