Replacement Mag Roller Bushings for use in HP 1320
Mag roller bushings should be replaced whenever damage or excessive wear is noticed. Static Control’s H1320MBR-2 replacement HP® 1320 mag roller bushings are manufactured to tighter specifications and tolerances when compared to other aftermarket bushings. These bushings are designed for remanufacturers that are very sensitive to banding issues.
Banding is caused by variations in the air gap between the mag roller and OPC drum. The straightness of the mag roller and OPC drum and consistency of the mag roller bushings all play a role in controlling the air gap.
